Horlick High School, where our Eileen and Char are teaching, is scheduled to begin renovations over the summer. As a result, Eileen has been told she must sort and pack up everything in her clothing bank for students and families, Rebby's Closet. She came to her A∆K sisters for help, and a crew of us met there at 8am on May 24th to help. Of course it was a regular school day, but Eileen and Char met us at Char's library. Here we all are, from left, Eileen, Lynn, Terri, Kim, Janis, Jane, Robin, and Char.
Eileen was sporting her tote bag, hand-made by Terri. So fun!
Off we went to start organizing and packing Rebby's Closet. The room was FULL,
and messy!
And the hall was FULL TOO! As you can see on Lynn's and Jane's faces, we (eventually) were tired.
But the room got mostly done,
These three strong, tireless women stayed much longer than the rest of us, and the hall was completely packed and put into the room to await the "pod" it would be stored in. Phew! Eileen was very happy and very surprised!
